How to play:

There is an infinite number of options for playing with the set. In this manual we give only a small number of the games that can be played together with your baby.

1. At first, learn the colors with the child. It is recommended to start the study with the main colors: red, yellow, green and blue. It’s important to introduce new colors one or two at a time, making sure that the previous ones are learned well.

2. One of the most clear games for the child: to put cap on the same color peg doll or to put it in its own color

bed. Children love to play with peg dolls: they can wear and remove caps, put dolls to bed developing fine motor skills.

Also, you can put on the caps  in a wrong way and ask to correct the mistake.

To complicate the game, you can ask the child to:

- Put the blue cap on the yellow doll.

- Put the purple cap on the red doll, and so on.

3. The Sequence Game. It trains the visual memory of the child perfectly. Ask the child to close its eyes. Change places of a few dolls. When the baby opens eyes, offer it to set dolls up in the original order. At the beginning, you can set up three peg dolls, gradually complicating the game. Sequences after 7 will be interesting even for adults.

A more complex version of the game: show an example, then remove all peg dolls and offer the child put them back by memory.

Even more difficult version of the game is to repeat the sequence, but in the opposite order. If you don’t want to forget the original order, you can write it down or take a photo.

4. "How to teach children politeness" game.

Children learn by reproducing what they see around them, by examples of adults. Story games, dialogues allow to learn social norms in a playful way. Respect other people, communicate more easily  with other children and adults, make friends and reach own purposes.

For example, you can perform such dialogues:

- Bring me this cap please.

- Yes, sure, I'll bring it to you.

- Thanks!

- You're welcome.

Performing such dialogues the child can learn:

- How to apologize and accept apologies,

- How to ask for something,

- How to accept objections and respond to them correctly,

- How to thank and be thanked,

- How to greet.

The peg dolls have no faces, so the child can imagine emotions and facial expressions for them: happy, surprised, laughing or sad. In the hands of children, the doll can even sleep sweetly and the baby will not be confused by open eyes.
